CAMP ALLSTAR

Who we are

Mission, vision & values

The short version of why Camp AllStar exists and what we're building toward.

Mission

Sharing and growing a love of sports.

Camp AllStar is a multi-sport camp in Wellesley, MA for kids ages 5–11. No tryouts, no bench, and no need to already be good at a sport before you're allowed to play it.

A camp day is a run of different games — basketball, soccer, football, capture the flag — coached by high school athletes who play those sports themselves.

Vision

By young coaches, for young kids.

We're building toward something families can count on every season: a fall session, a summer session, and private coaching, run by the same group of coaches.

As Camp AllStar grows, the goal doesn't change — make it easy to get a kid into a sport, with high school athletes running the day.

What we stand for

Values

  1. 01

    Open door, not a tryout

Every session is first-come, first-served. No cuts, no evaluations, no kid turned away because they're new to a sport.

  2. 02

    Coached by young athletes

Every session is run by high school athletes who play the sports they're teaching. Their names, schools, and sports are on the about page.

  3. 03

    Fun first, skill second

A good day at camp means a kid laughed, tried something new, and wants to come back — not that they mastered a drill.

  4. 04

    Sneakers and a water bottle

That's the whole equipment list. No club team, no cleats, no gear to buy before a kid can show up and play.

Come see it in person.
