Privacy notice
This page explains, in plain language, what information Camp AllStar collects through this website and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you sign your camper up, we ask for the parent/guardian's name, email, and phone; your camper's first name, age, and session; any allergies or medical conditions coaches should know about; and anything else optional you'd like us to know. Medical and allergy details go to the camp only — they're never included in your confirmation email, logged, or used for anything besides briefing your camper's coaches.
What we do with it
Signup and contact form submissions are sent by email to the camp — nothing is stored in a database. We use Resend to send those emails and don't share your information with any other third party. Nothing about your camper is logged or fed into analytics.
Photos
We never publish a photo that shows an identifiable child without a signed photo & media release on file from a parent or guardian. Signing it is always optional and is never a condition of camp enrollment.
